Coverage: all 50 states in one file, with make, model, year and seats so you can filter to the aircraft you serve.
Owners who asked the FAA to withhold their data are not in the public file. Business entities only: registrations held by corporations, LLCs and government bodies. Aircraft registered to individuals, partnerships or co-owners are not included.

No. A new certificate is issued for a new registration or a change of registrant. Both signal a buying window.
Do rows include phone numbers or emails?
No. The FAA file lists the registrant name and address only.
Can I get a real sample first?
